Richard Stanley is the bomb! We recently relocated from the East Coast in the middle of a seller's market and would have had a tough time were it not for Richard. Richard Stanley is the realtor you want to use!!! He not only is extremely professional and knowledgable about the market but also very caring and personable. He is also very tech savvy which is needed in this day and time. He prepared an extremely beautiful flyer in addition to the paper flyer and also made a virtual video of our house. He responded to our questions very fast and professionally. During showings, he always arrived before time and was beyond organized. We just moved to Nashville, TN but if we ever go back to Los Angeles area, he would be the realtor we would use again.

My wife and I have a very complicated real estate situation. We live in Boston, but I work in Seattle, and we're trying to buy a house in Los Angeles. Also, because we're first time home buyers, we're not looking at multi million dollar homes, so we're competing with a huge number of people trying to get into the same places we are.

Richard has been a godsend. We started shopping in August of 2015. Richard set up an automated MLS search to let us know when new places appeared on the market, and then worked with us to evaluate properties, visit open houses and attend showings, and generally be a source of stability in the insane market.

Richard was able to guide us through every step of the process, from an initial overview of purchase agreement documentation to the close of escrow, ensuring we understood what was going on and explaining the significance of every document, regulation, and recommendation.

We wrote many offers, saw many houses (though not nearly as many as Richard), and spent almost a year calling Richard nearly every day to review our next steps. He was always available, always ready to go the extra mile, and always super friendly even though we weren't clients likely to produce a large commission. It was greatly appreciated.

Thanks to Richard, we were able to close on a home this week. There's simply no way this would have been possible without him. There are a bunch of real estate agents out there these days who were tending bar last year - you do not want one of these agents. You want Richard.

If there were six stars, we'd use them. We first met Richard when he came to our house as a favor to a friend to tell us about the value our home in LA, even though we were clear that we had no intention of selling at that time. We then rented the house for two years. When it came time to sell it, we still interviewed several agents including Richard. His preparation, professionalism and who he is as a person, won the day. We were extremely satisfied.  If only we could find his standard of excellence in every business venture.
